Niger Delta Women Shadow Budget Group is a platform for women across communities in the Niger Delta, which was conceptualized by the Niger Delta Budget Monitoring Group on the 13th of December, 2015. Presently, the platform is under the mentorship of NDEBUMOG and is spread across four (4) Pilot Local Government Areas in the Niger Delta, namely: Okobo in Akwa Ibom State, Ekeremor in Bayelsa State, Isoko-South in Delta and Gokana Local Government Area in Rivers State.

Through the capacity enhancement and mentoring from NDEBUMOG, the group develops shadow budget line items that positively affect women, which accordingly, is use as advocacy document for inclusion into a State or a Local Government budget for the benefit of rural (grassroots) women.

Membership of the group cuts across women beyond the benefitting Local Government Areas, with integration of women/men of like- minds and interest from other communities, who are interested, provided; the concentration of their work and advocacy revolves around the benefitting LGAs as selected/may be decided by NDEBUMOG. Membership of the group in Bayelsa State is made up of the following persons:
