Edidiong, holds a Bachelor Degree in English from University of Uyo. She is proficient is literally narratives. In 2025, she was appointed, among, Civic Space Monitoring Hubs Coordinators at a Zonal level, which subsisted, alongside, being a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for all 45 affiliated Women Shadow Budget Groups, until December, 2025. Her position as a Civic Space Monitoring Hub Zonal Coordinator and Leader of one of the affiliated women groups’, subsists till date. In March 2026, another responsibility/appointment was added to her, as Programs Associate III-Extractives, Economic Inclusion, Civic Space and Community Development .
Together, with other Programs Officers/Associates, she reports to (Central) Programs Coordinator/Manager, Institutional Partnership Advisor (IPA), CEO or any other ranking officials, as may be directed by management. As Programs Associate III, her JDs, include: reports coordination/submission, effective and efficient field/internal/external activities delivery, programs impact analysis, tracking programs feedback-equilibrium, programs quality management and participatory justice options, if mandated. She liaises with other programs officers/associates on weighing outcomes/outputs quality-harvesting for submissions to institutional Monitoring and Evaluation Department, together, with other duties and responsibilities not stated hereto, which may be assigned or be delegated by management from time-to-time.
