Christina, is a member of our Obio/Akpor Women Shadow Budget Group. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Educational Foundations, a Master’s Degree in Education and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Ignatius Ajuru University, Port Harcourt. She is the Central Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator at NDEBUMOG’s Headquarters, responsible for overall monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning coordination. She reports to the CEO or designated advisor(s) responsible for respective projects/programs, providing feedbacks on evaluation returns/outcomes’ harvesting from heads of departments, projects coordinators, program officers, affiliates team leaders, together, with officially supporting the CEO on data comparations relating to appraisals, research, reporting and publications through programs/projects leads, HoDs, alongside, from NDEBUMOG’s institutional think-Tank.
She tracks evaluation outcomes and outputs from field/community officers, activities attendees, together, with synergic liftings from other coordinators in alignment to reporting templates and evaluation-information-chain management that helps to overcome narrative/templates gaps, supervises affiliates monitoring/evaluation officers, associates MEL Officers, Think-Tank evaluators, whilst at the same time, keeping an eye on the overall (institutional) monitoring and evaluation operationality through institutional-organographic- chain, in addition, to other responsibilities that may be mandated by Office of the CEO, Internal Control Manager, Designated Advisors or through other ranking officials.
