Women Matters Advisor (WMA) & Executive Associate to CEO (HQ/RS/VL/WGs-NCSPA)-CSA.

Bridget holds a Bachelor Degree in Physical/Health Education and Master’s Degree in Guidance/Counselling. She is a member of Port Harcourt City (Women) Shadow Budget Group and Executive Associate to Niger Delta Budget Monitoring Group’s CEO on affiliated women (Shadow Budget Groups) groups, with responsibilities covering, NDEBUMOG’s 45 affiliated women groups. She reports to CEO or IPA on responsibilities, which may include:

– Coordinates existential consolidation of NDEBUMOG’s 45 Women Shadow Budget Groups, drawing management attention to areas for interventions, when necessary, together, with that of NCSPA.

– Collating reports from respective affiliates, analyzing such reports through liaison with central monitoring and evaluation coordinator, with such reports, to be submitted to management quarterly.

– Through directive of NDEBUMOG’s Institutional Partnership Advisor (IPA), CEO or mother’s Board, she facilitates all-expense paid international/local travels for nominated affiliates women and NCSPA members, fact-checking delivery papers, as maybe presented by institutional and affiliates representatives at local and international events, supervising outcome harvesting through liaison with central MEL Coordinator and tracking programmatic/economic opportunities for benefits to affiliates members through gender lenses, capacity empowerment, among others.

– Oversees affiliates livelihood activities, including, following up with partners and collaborating agencies for effective service and programmatic deliveries by affiliated women groups.

-Facilitate access to management for serious official matters from affiliates team leaders and other officials across these women groups and NCSPA, including, other matters officially related to affiliated women groups, which may not be explicitly stated, among JDs, but may be assigned by NDEBUMOG’s management through office of the CEO, IPA or Board from time to time.
