Victor holds a Master’s Degree in Economics, Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and is pursuing a Doctorate Degree in the same field. He is experienced in fiscal engineering, data analysis, policy forecasting, and budgeting. He aims to scale-up his digital skills through career transition into data science, econometrics and socioeconomic researches for sustainable development. He is a communal level fiscal economist.

He was an indirect associate of NDEBUMOG from 2017. He was recommended for this appointment in July 2023 through a creative harvester, who is in the ranks of managerial advisors at NDEBUMOG Headquarters. As MEAL Coordinator, Victor reports to the Chief Executive directly, though aligns his responsibilities organographically to MEL Advisor, WMA, IPA, Affiliates Coordinators, Think-Tank’s Lead, projects/programs coordinators, among others.
