Raymond Victor is a multitask Officer (MTO) on Finance, Agriculture, and Communications with the Niger Delta Budget Monitoring Group (www.nigerdeltabudget.org). He handles programs’ finance, associate communications and is responsible for liaison with all the women affiliates of the NDEBUMOG that are spread across 7 states in Nigeria.

RAYMOND holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension from Akwa Ibom State University. He has been engaged in programs of Nigeria’s Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative(NEITI) , Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) , World Bank, ActionAid Nigeria, Oxfam, DFID, NDI, National Assembly of Nigeria, among others.

In addition, he has attended some local and international (remote) courses with institutions, such as, Oxford University, Knight Center for Journalism, University of Texas at Houston. etc.

RAYMOND is passionate about extractives development, agriculture and livelihoods for women and looks forward to being a role model for several young people in Nigeria’s oil producing communities, where he comes from.
