Ufuoma Bibian is a communications and management specialist, a result- driven person, who is keen on attention to details. She holds a Master’s Degree (M-Tech), with a background in environmental health and volunteering for development’s work, which she garnered from associating with NDEBUMOG. She is a beneficiary of LEEMP training of TOT on BHCPF, USAID MCGL quality of health training and is a member of National Institute of Public Health Administration (MNIPHA) of Nigeria, among others. In addition, since 2017, she is among persons that have benefitted extensively from various capacity building programs of NDEBUMOG through the Strategic Partnership Program (SPP). Before her appointment as Civic Space Monitoring Hubs Associate, she was Advisor on Safeguarding @ NDEBUMOGHQ. She has been a non-executive member of one of NDEBUMOG’s affiliates.

This appointment is reinforced by diligence nature of Bibian, including, her ability to moderate and enforce decorum around activities, encouraging concentration, alongside, amplifying the need for mutual respect, social and communications etiquettes, among stakeholders, etcetera. As one of NDEBUMOG’s Civic Space Monitoring Hub’s Associates, she reports to (EN) State Hubs Monitoring Coordinator, EA to CEO on Nigeria Civic Space Protection Alliance (NCSPA), IPA or to the CEO, directly, through organographically permissibles. She handles other matters that may be assigned by management, beyond NCSPA/Hubs, together, with other affiliates responsibilities, in line with, institutional operational procedures.
