Ufuoma Bibian is a communications and management specialist, a result- driven person, who is keen on attention to details. She holds a Master’s Degree (M-Tech), with a background in environmental health and volunteering for development’s work, which she garnered from associating with NDEBUMOG. She is a beneficiary of LEEMP training of TOT on BHCPF, USAID MCGL quality of health training and is a member of National Institute of Public Health Administration (MNIPHA) of Nigeria, among others. In addition, since 2017, she is among persons that have benefitted extensively from various capacity building programs of NDEBUMOG through the Strategic Partnership Program (SPP). Before her appointment as Advisor, she has been a non-executive member of one of NDEBUMOG’s affiliates, with her appointment coming as a surprised to many across NDEBUMOG’s affiliates and programmatic clusters.

This appointment was reinforced by diligence nature of Bibian’s ability to moderate and enforce decorum around activities, encouraging concentration, alongside, amplifying the need for mutual respect, social and communications etiquettes, among stakeholders, etcetera. As Affiliates Safeguarding Advisor, she reports to IPA of NDEBUMOG through organographically permitted structure, though could draw attention of Office of NDEBUMOG’s Chief Executive Officer to urgent Safeguarding issues concerning all our affiliates. She handles other matters that may be assigned by management, beyond affiliates safeguarding matters in line with institutional operational procedures.
